Premium Print Ready Files

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What file types do you accept for artwork?

We recommend submitting high-resolution PNG, AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF files for the best print quality. If you only have a JPG or screenshot, our artwork team can often recreate or clean up your design for production.

What is a vector file and why is it important?

A vector file is a scalable design format that keeps your artwork sharp and clear at any size. Vector artwork is ideal for custom transfers, patches, apparel printing, and promotional products because it produces the cleanest and most professional results.

How long does artwork setup take?

Most artwork proofs and vector conversions are completed within 1–2 business days depending on the complexity of the design. Once your proof is ready, we’ll send it to you for approval before production begins.

What is a halftone design?

A halftone design uses small dots and gradients to create shading, depth, and detailed image effects in print. Halftones are commonly used in DTF prints to create a softer more warn feel to the DTF print.

What types of images work best for halftone artwork?

High-resolution images with strong contrast typically produce the best halftone results. If your artwork is low quality or blurry, our artwork team may recommend image cleanup or vector recreation before creating the halftone effect.
