Order Processing Times
All orders are processed during regular business hours once payment and artwork approval have been received. Production times vary depending on the product type, order size, and current production volume. Usually shipping next business day.
Estimated turnaround times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Carriers
Printed Marketplace Transfers ships orders using trusted shipping carriers such as UPS, USPS, and other regional delivery providers. Carrier selection may vary depending on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Printed Marketplace Transfers is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses submitted at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages or address corrections.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Printed Marketplace Transfers is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related damages. However, we will do our best to assist customers in filing claims or locating shipments when possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and products.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country. Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified once their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe unless other arrangements have been made.
Shipping Delays During Peak Seasons
During holidays, promotional events, or high-volume production periods, additional processing and shipping delays may occur. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders early whenever possible.
